Rental Conditions:

 

The vehicle cannot leave the country!

1. Personal and driving requirements

The renter must present a valid driving license (with a minimum of 2 years experience) and a passport ID.

2. Method of payment

The daily fee is for a 24-hour period of time,starting from the hour the renter receives

the car. Any additional hours beyond the 24-hour period will b billed. The full rental price and the deposit have to be paid at the time the renting contract is signed and in effect. The payment is in cash.

3. Delivery and collection

The receipt and the turning of the car are to be done at a mutually agreed place and

with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is turned with less fuel than rented, the client will be charged with the value of the missing fuel plus 10 euro service charge.

4. Insurance

The insurance of the car covers the public liability, property damage and loss of the vehicle, fire or theft. BLACK SEA CARS assumes total responsibility for damages excluding:

       

        -driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

        -voluntary negligence of the driver

        -damages of the tires or under the car, not caused by fire or accident

        -loss of registration documents or keys of the rented car

In case of accident or theft of the car, parts of it, or car's documents - the renter has the responsibility to immediately inform BLACK SEA CARS and the police (112) in order to get the paperwork that needs to be filled out. Otherwise all damage will be incurred and compensated by the renter.

The renter must not release the rented car to third parties not mentioned in this contract.
